P3 and 4 took a trip to Cherryvale park today to have a go at some fun Forest School activities. We collected some petals, leaves, blossom and twigs and stuck them into self-adhesive plastic, before we ventured further into the woods to make our own fortresses and Spring floral pictures. While we were there, we also hunted for 2D and 3D shapes within the natural environment and took part in a scavenger hunt, searching for signs of Spring. We rounded off our morning with a run around the playground with lots of messy, muddy play!
