As part of our Teddies and Toys topic we read the story of Goldilocks and the Three Bears and decided that we would like to make some delicious porridge just like the Three Bears. We mixed our porridge oats and milk together and cooked it in the microwave. When it was ready we chose some delicious toppings of strawberry jam or honey to give our porridge some flavour. After eating our porridge we wrote instructions on how to make porridge with special focus on being specific with our instructions and using bossy verbs.
